Our client is one of Singapore's biggest food importer, distributors and manufacturers. With the goal to achieve sustainable and innovative solutions for Singapore's growing demand, they are currently looking for talented supply chain personnels to help bring them to the next level. 

Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly demand reviews with the Operating units at the country/sub-region level. 
  • Data Preparation for IBP steps, Monthly S&OP, any forecast reviews
  • Data Analytic on outliers, low forecast accuracy, high bias and other codes which need to be looked into
  • Supports monthly demand/supply planning process by providing data and other support in terms of execution (eg loading forecast files, IBP deck preparation, Opportunity-Risk Assessment)
  • Monitors forecast accuracy and takes corrective actions to address performance
  • Manages abnormal demands as they arise in a timely manner
  • Upload consensus on the unconstrained, unbiased, time-phased demand plan (what we will sell + non-revenue units to support the business) and resulting financial – volume, revenue and margin
  • Identify gaps to objectives, and set priorities and action plans to close those gaps to commitments and performance measure targets
  • Provide analysis of key KPI’s and financial data to identify performance and improvement opportunities and execute on those initiatives.
  • Incorporate structure in the daily/weekly/monthly activities of a Demand planner so as to be able to streamline current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and execute accordingly so that planners can move from higher percentage of tactical tasks to more analytical and value-added activities.
 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Preferably Supply Chain)
  • Min 2 years relevant experience in supply/ demand planning and inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel Advance level
  • Meticulous to details with strong sense of urgency to resolve issues
  • Independent and ability to work under pressure under a fast-paced environment
