This major enterprise organisation are standing up a program team to deliver against a new service strategy and lead the transitioning in/out of key Tier 1 Managed Service Providers across infrastructure and end user services.

This 'greenfield' program is now looking to engage a Senior Project Manager that has previous experience from either the vendor side or end user side in the transitioning out/in of major enterprise service providers and supporting the set-up and shaping of a new ITSM function(s), tool and environment.
 
The role will see you lead and establish a service engagement framework and strategy with both internal customers and external vendors and suppliers, which will allow for the re-establishment of a service catalogue and key business processes. You will lead and influence the vendor and suppliers to meet the organisations expectations and assist in the establishment of new service deliverables.

We're looking to engage a lateral thinker and leader to spearhead change and drive the adoption of a new service engagement model; and be able to build relationships across a large organisation to understand how services will be consumed.

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years’ overall Project Management experience with end-to-end delivery lifecycle experience.
  • 3+ years’ Project Management experience in a highly visible and high pressure role, ideally managing multiple workstreams with an MSP
  • 3+ years’ Project Management experience within a reputed Tier 1 Managed Service Provider or Systems Integrator or with a large enterprise organisation where you've engaged with Tier 1 MSPs.
  • PM in at least 2 ITSM or Service Transition programs, integrating Service Management and Operational Support tools such as Remedy and Service Now
  • 5PMP/Prince 2/Professional PM certification held for at least 5 years
  • ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, CMMi and Cloud Practitioner certificates are highly desirable
  • Fluent in Program Governance, RAID, Critical Path Analysis, Resource levelling and WBS
  • Familiar with Process Mapping, AS-IS, TO-BE, gap analysis, swim lanes and UML (especially Use Case Diagrams)
  • Hands-on skills in planning, scheduling and collaboration tools including Planner, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Articulate and succinct, with attention to detail in presentation and formatting
