Our client is a financial services organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation.
Their mission is to drive their 'data done right' philosophy, seeking to guide multi-million-dollar programs of work to uplift business processes and systems to effectively report,  mitigate risk management and support governance.

Due to ongoing growth within the division, we have a need for Senior Business Analyst/s with a risk management profile to join a new team and portfolio of work.  There are contract and permanent engagements available.
You will join a highly visible and business-critical project to transform the entire financial process including operating model, system-landscape, and data to augment the reporting, management, and decision-making processes.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and peers to assess and document business processes and regulatory requirements. This role is an exciting and rare opportunity to develop your expertise, demonstrate measurable value and apply the latest technology and new ways of working.
Skills and experience required include:
  • 5+ years industry experience in APRA prudential standards and implementation
  • Prior experience in Capital or liquidity or an in-depth understanding of aligned functions such as M&A or Regulatory Reporting
  • Good understanding of data and analytics.  Exposure to data solutions, identifying data requirements and assessing data quality issues for reporting purposes and solutions.
  • Ability to produce quality and detailed documentation through mapping business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement to partner with business stakeholders.
