Key Responsibilities:
  • Securing and obtaining of new business for different regions including key accounts and distributor appointment. This includes cultivating, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Work closely with the team and distributors to develop and grow our route-to-market capabilities in each market.
  • Recognize key market trends and opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Keep an eye on your competitors' activities and come up with a counter-attack strategy.
  • Developing strategic key business plans into action
  • Ensure that invoices are received on time.
  • Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports
  • Work on improvement projects and other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector is a must
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively
  • Capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
