Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the target market and promoting brand growth/expansion
  • To assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, instore promotions (POSMs) and new product launches to achieve business targets (sales, profitability, and market share).
  • Responsible for tracking the A&P spend and measuring the results of key campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Manage research projects, analyse consumer-centric findings, and conduct market benchmarking
  • Advise and develop appropriate action plan with the qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Design research objectives and brand/product concepts for testing
  • Drive new product development from concept to launch by working with cross-functional teams to achieve agreed targets
  • Involve in annual business planning for by generating insightful and actionable recommendations
  • Manage Marketing expenditure for portfolio

 
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years in brand/marketing experience in FMCG environment is a must.
  • Good project and people management skills
  • Possess strong analytical and concept crafting skills
  • Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous to details
