Our client is one of the leading Multinational Organization within the drybulk industry, they are currently looking for a driven leader to supervise and direct a team of developers. In order to create the best system digital operator and traders. The chosen applicant will be expected to perform the dual duties of a manager and a software developer.

About the role 
  • Find the best Crew Planning solutions while adhering to legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and company advancements.
  • Examine and enhance the process for developing apps, and create complex programs with appropriate debugging techniques.
  • Ensuring that appropriate testing methodologies are used and that testing quality is maintained.
  • Take the initiative and offer direction while testing various project components and when designing test cases, especially for challenging scenarios.
  • Manage user feedback, emergent issues, and modification requests proactively while upholding project deadlines and schedules.
  • Assist developers and support staff technically to maintain the overall level of service quality.
About the person
  • 4 years of experience and a solid track record of entrepreneurship or development in all areas, from the front end to the back end.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and other markup languages
  • Proficient in Javascript frontend and backend development
  • Knowledge of the following frameworks, libraries, or technologies, as they relate to the relevant languages SailsJs, ReactJS, and NodeJS
  • Database querying language PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Environment, Networking, and Architecting Infrastructure setup and management
  • Knowledge of configurations and Docker containerization
  • Managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps procedures
  • Fluent in linux languages and command-line
