Job Description

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Service support; maintain and effective resolution across all areas of IT support
  • End to end ownership of incidents and requests monitoring tickets
  • Receive and handle requests for support
  • Allocate tickets and requests across the team
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Assist in investigation and resolution of problems relating to application, infrastructure, operations and networking systems
  • Ensure 1st and 2nd line resolution
  • Manage ServiceNow logging system
  • Work with supplies to deliver services in line with agreed SLAs

Requirements
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • English and Cantonese required, mandarin is an advantage
  • An enthusiasm to engage with people and passion for customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Effectively manage workload
  • 5+ years working in multinational environments
  • Strong knowledge of service desk operations and IT best practices
  • Proven experience with Microsoft products (Office/OS)
  • Knowledge and experience with various ticketing systems
  • Knowledge with Video Conferencing and Audio-visual technology is an advantage
  • Qualification in relevant technologies (Microsoft/Cisco)
  • ITIL V.3 Foundation
