Appointment Overview

As our Head of Client Services  you will be responsible taking the unified EBC Asia - and sister company EBC Connect - client world to a whole new level.

This fast-paced, high visibility role is right for an ambitious and innovative individual eager to roll up sleeves and own the end-to-end development and execution of EBC’s client strategy, covering all aspects of account management, product and service proposal, marketing collaterals and best in class client engagement methodology.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior EBC and Connect leaders as well as other wider representatives from related global brands and affiliations (including Chapman CG, WILL, Access Search partners affiliation and so on). Leverage this super-high-potential network across equally smart, driven and high-performing colleagues to push the boundaries of your creativity and commerciality to deliver and demonstrate massive impact and ROI.

It is a critical role, one which would act as a key gateway to the evolving success of EBC and its way of working and go-to-market. We have no doubt this new role could unlock massive value within our existing and growing client base and maximise the engagement with said clients across our product and service offerings.

We also take client engagement very seriously, doubling down on things like marketing and consultant generated content to share our expertise, client forums and thought leadership. Working with marketing and industry team leads/consultants, we aim to conduct regular instances of such things particularly aimed at our clients. These are not run-of-the-mill media or online releases and events, but rather more high expertise, strategically put together and data driven differentiators.


  • ·Drive tangible impact by way of increasing overall wallet share of client base, creating wider demand and interest in broad range of EBC solutions and extending client coverage regionally and globally.

  • Understand the EBC and Connect businesses and develop a plan and define strategy to unlock better outcomes across our >500 TOBs.

  • ·Ensure deliberation over regional nuances and localities – the role spans across our 4 Asia offices (Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo) plus potentially Europe longer term.

  • Use your passion and acutely developed soft skills to connect the dots and create evolved confluence between various desk heads and consultants whether Financial Services, Technology, Commercial, Industrial etc.

  • As a solutions specialist, develop best ways to promote EBCs range of solutions, products and services including retained/search, executive permanent & contracting, human capital consulting, headhunting augmentation (market mapping, feedback loops, advisory) and also EBC Connects offerings of ‘CandidateCloud’, SoW, SaaS and larger scale projects.

  • Leverage our progressive support network of data analysts, best in class marketing function to ensure the Client Services function aligns with our tech powered and progressive ways of working.
