An established regional bank is seeking an experienced Credit Structurer to support complex corporate and structured lending transactions across Southeast Asia. The role partners closely with coverage and product teams to originate, evaluate, and execute bespoke financing solutions for corporate, institutional, and sponsor clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, structure, and negotiate credit solutions across bilateral, club, and syndicated facilities.
  • Lead financial due diligence, modelling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments for complex transactions.
  • Prepare high-quality credit papers, deal memos, and committee materials with clear recommendations.
  • Partner with relationship managers and product teams to shape financing structures aligned with client strategy and the bank’s risk appetite.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, monitor covenants, and recommend proactive risk actions.
  • Maintain strong market awareness of lending trends, structures, and sector-specific risks.

Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in credit structuring, corporate banking, structured finance, or leveraged/project finance.
  • Strong technical proficiency in credit analysis, modelling, legal documentation, and transaction structuring.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex financing deals and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with proven ability to influence senior risk and business leaders.
