Job Description:

EBC Asia is looking to make a new appointment – Technology Analyst.

We are a progressive and technology centric business that looks to stay ahead of the curve with its use of systems, data and software in general.

This role is a key part of that technology ecosystem.

The new incumbent will become EBCs ‘Systems Champion’ with our internal CRM system (Bullhorn) and Data Insights tool (Cube19). It requires building advanced expertise with each system – the ability to service the business with various day-to-day ticket queries (50%), training on the systems (25%) as well as ad hoc projects, software updates and tweaks (25%).


Key Objectives:

1.      Systems Champion. Across Bullhorn and Cube19, progressing to also include other internal systems. Able to answer all ticketed questions and queries in timely and accurate manner.

2.     Improve Systems and Software. Own the responsibility to streamline processes and drive systems improvements and efficiencies.

3.     Recognised Trainer! Build ability to connect with various colleagues to help train and build company-wide expertise across your championed systems.


Day-to-day Responsibilities:

 Systems Champion

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to our users and ideate better ways to resolve systems-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned to our business needs.

 Improve Systems and Software

  • Review SOPs, identify gaps and propose solutions using systems and technologies for all activities in the company.

  • Eager to learn new technologies and explore options to streamline our processes.

 Recognised Trainer

  • Communicate best practices, advocate correct user behaviour, and train users in an easy to comprehend manner.

  • Conduct fixed training each month to teach and improve both new joiners and existing staff.


 Personal Experience and Qualifications:

  • Critical: IT and Systems/Software support background. Things such as staff and employee IT support, answering queries in timely and accurate fashion, systems improvements

  • Critical: Personality is an important part when dealing with various colleagues day to day. Good communication skills is a must to be able to influence and train well across the region.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and effectively hit performance metrics.

  • Great attention to detail. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance.

  • Strong interest in tech, data, new software will be an advantage.

  • High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality protocols.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
