High-profile enterprise organisation are standing up a centralised program team to deliver a new service strategy and lead the transitioning in/out of key Tier 1 Managed Service Providers that support their infrastructure and end user environment.

This 'greenfield' program is now looking to engage a Technical Lead / Service Architect that has previous experience from either the vendor side or end user side working on setting up and leading the integration of new IT service management tools and process. 
 
The role will see you lead and establish the Service Architecture blueprints, design operating / service models, cross-functional services, ITSM processes, Service Catalogue, Service Levels, Governance, RACIs, Toolset architecture and tooling integration's.

We're looking to engage a technical SME in the ITSM space to spearhead and drive the adoption of a new service engagement model; and be able to build relationships across a large organisation to understand how services will be consumed.

We're
looking for a strong blend of the following skills / experience:
  • 5+ years Tech Lead/Architect with end-to-end systems integration experience.
  • 3+ years in a highly visible and high-pressure role, leading multiple workstreams with an MSP
  • 3+ years with a reputed Tier 1 Managed Service Provider or Systems Integrator
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL practice areas, service delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of End User, Managed workplace, and Service Desk technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Operational Support and business support tools
  • Professional/TOGAF certification highly desirable
  • ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, CMMi and Cloud Practitioner certificates are highly desirable
  • Familiar with Process Mapping, AS-IS, TO-BE, gap analysis, swim lanes and UML (especially Use Case Diagrams)
  • Hands-on skills in planning and collaboration tools including Planner, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Articulate and succinct, with attention to detail
