JOB RESPONSIBILITIES     
                                 

You will lead a product team for Product Group of Payments and Delivery. This role works with a high level of autonomy and discretion. Responsibilities include leading the team’s research and product development efforts as well as implementation and execution of the product strategy group.
 
This role develops a comprehensive product strategy, maintains the roadmap and backlog, and establishes the key performance
indicators (KPI’s) for a specific product group. In addition, this position develops and presents business cases to senior executives and leads business reviews to ensure that the team prioritizes the right work and delivers the most customer value in the fastest time possible.
 
This individual manages people which includes responsibility for setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments and managing performance, identifying talent needs, and coach/developing team members
 
Due to the global nature of responsibilities, relationships need to be established and maintained across all operating divisions and global market technology stakeholders to ensure execution effectiveness.

 Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated delivery of business result
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with technology and user experience teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience translating business strategy into specific product features
  • Industry preference – Ecommerce, Technology Firms and FinTechs
  • Must have proven experience in payments and delivery within product management
  • 5 years of experience in an agile software environment
  • 5 years of experience managing operational and/or project financial budgets
  • Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
  • Broad-based leadership and business management
  • Strong partnering and teaming skills with both global affiliate counterparts and cross-functional
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplined, high-performance work teams/groups.

Technical
  • Strong understanding of technology language and use of applications in business
  • Ability to use Product Management and partner function (Engineering, Design) tools to partner well across the Includes: writing stories, performing analytics, building prototypes, etc.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing tasks and assignments
  • Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle
  • Working experience using agile methodologies, industry standards and best practices 
Design Thinking & User Empathy
  • Genuine empathy toward customers and commitment to diving into the weeds on their challenges
  • Comprehensive understanding of the market, users, and roadmap of the product/application
  • Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
