Senior M&A lawyer (6-9PQE)
 
A leading International law firm is looking for a Senior lawyer to join their global corporate practice. This role is based in Singapore and candidates based overseas are welcome to apply. 
 
You will be advising on cross-border M&A and private equity investments, as well as divestments, across a wide range of sectors.

 
You will have:
  • Experience working on the full spectrum of corporate transactions such as M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, fundraisings, takeovers and shareholder governance arrangements.
  • Currently working in another International law firm or a top-tier local practice.
  • Admitted to a common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, New York, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore etc)
  • 6-9 PQE (candidates outside of this range can be considered based on relevant experience)
  • Keen to take on a more supervisory role with the juniors in the team.
