The Role:
Our client is a top international law firm. They are now seeking to take on a receptionist to perform the following duties in a highly professional manner, including:
  • Greeting visitors, preparing welcome pack, emailing visitors with office number before arrival
  • Answering incoming calls and ensuring accurate transfer of these calls to the appropriate staff
  • Managing meeting rooms and arrangements
  • Coordinating with the catering team to provide catering services for external events

 
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer services
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
