This role is part of a significant Program Delivery Office delivering the transition of a broad range of IT infrastructure services (EUC and/or Networking). It supports the Program and Project Managers with a range of project/program  support services incl coordinating, implementing and monitoring project plans, schedules; project resources; reporting; risk and issue management; liaising with vendors and stakeholders.

Skills and experience required:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting significant program delivery in complex and large multi vendor environments - experience in government desirable
  • Experience in IT project coordinating a program delivery office in a complex program transition program
  • Experience in IT Service transition programs or projects that include the delivery of operational services and tools - ITSM/ITIL
  • Strong practical knowledge of PM/PMO tools
  • Qualification in IT Project Management or currently working towards certification
