Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is emabarking on a major transformation program with multiple streams.  We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will understand the program's broader delivery strategy and will design, align and execute the Agile project plan for a major stream of the program.

To be a success in this role you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a more business focus
  • A strong understanding of technology implementations and interfacing with IT Project Managers
  • Broad finanicial services experience with either/or banking, wealth management, insurance
  • Experience delivering in Agile with a strong appreciation for Waterfall governance expectations
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities up to senior levels in business and technology
  • A low-ego, delivery-focussed Project Manager with a willingness to roll your sleeves up and muck-in
Depending on experience, the daily rate is in the $900-1000 plus super per day range.  The initial contract is for 6 months, though with the size of the program, the likelihood of extension is high.
