The Role & the Organisation:

You will join a globally recognised and awarded Financial Markets trading technology company. Based in their Melbourne CBD office, this role is to focus on growing premium client numbers, and providing an
excellent service to our most valuable clients to ensure a positive and tailored trading experience.

In the role you will:
  • Drive opportunities for own sourced accounts through establishing positive relationships, developing a successful reactivation and referral strategy.
  • Grow and manage active premium clients by proactively identifying
    sales opportunities to maximise their value.
  • Keep up-to-date with the markets and give clients general advice/market
    insights in a compliant manner.
  • Constantly improve and innovate to create real points of differentiation in
    the trading markets.
  • Host online and offline marketing with other members in the Sales team, tailor contents appropriately to different client tiers.
  • Proactively and continuously assess competitive threats, make suggestions
    to the business as to how to mitigate them.
  • Report regularly to senior management on the performance of premium clients
    versus benchmarks set and other regions within the Group.
  • Work closely with global/local Marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned and create synergy.
  • 2+ years of experience dealing with premium and HNW clients with another broker or AFSL holder.
  • Good knowledge of OTC derivatives (FX, equities, indices, commodities, cryptos etc.) including leveraged products.
  • Self-starter, with motivation for networking and building good relationships with people.
  • Can think commercially and be results driven.
  • Great communicator and team player.
