This role will be responsible for analysing, improving and communicating the financial reporting of the countries of the consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Cash Flow. The role will identify business performance improvement opportunities and participate and support the strategy process.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyse business performance versus planned and previous performance, search for continuous improvements and actively drives for innovation in the organization and generates ideas how to improve the business efficiency, effectiveness and goal achievement
  • Participate and support the strategy process including establishing non-financial performance metrics and provide feedback to stakeholders
  • Participate in the monthly closing and consolidation process, prepare detailed variance analysis for reporting purposes within the APAC region
  • Coordinate, plan and execute of the APAC forecasting and budget process
  • Design, Develop and Build with support of our IT team standard analysis and decision making tools


REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, economics, or related fields
  • Ideal experience in the Chemicals sector / FMCG sector
  • Experienced with ERP and Business Intelligence systems
