Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to assist with processing manual payments, POs, invoices across the funds platform over the year end period, to allow time for existing fund analysts to focus on year end.

Deliverables include;

  • Processing manual payments and bank transfers
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Assisting funds finance team with audit enquiries
  • Contributing to the preparation of financial reports
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for payment
Must have skills & experience;

  • Experience as a Finance Administrator or a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Good analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret financial information
  • Ability to work autonomously
Nice to have skills & experience;

  • Experience with financial accounting and/or accounts payable
  • Yardi experience
Assignment is full-time for 3 months (end date 31/08/2022) based in Sydney office. Candidate is expected to be in the office 3 days per week.

Candidate pay rate $61.55 per hour inclusive of super
