Build, lead and enjoy digital excellence from the ground up. Our client is transforming the digital industry through excellence and innovation. As a result of continued success and growth, we'd love to speak to experienced Digital Project Managers to lead a new program streams/squads.

This exciting opportunity will lead you on a digital transformation journey, to deliver key customer digital features and services via customer portals, mobile and new applications.
You will get involved in facilitating a collaborative environment to deliver value using Agile principles to continuously increase its performance.

Stakeholders include the business, product, legal, sales, development and testing teams (on/off shore). You will have the ability to foster an environment that promotes continuous improvement and effective risk management, while coaching individuals and the team to high performance.

Key Skills:

  • Background in a Digital Delivery Lead / Agile Project Management role
  • Experience leading and facilitating squads and project deliverables
  • Proven end to end project management of programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory obligations and compliance
  • Experience working in a customer centric domain
  • Strong Agile methodology knowledge and strong understanding of SCRUM and Kanban
  • Strong problem solving and process improvement skills
  • Strong multi-level stakeholder and relationship management skills
