Handle corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of local and international companies
Company incorporation, registration and administration of companies
Prepare corporate secretarial documents and filing with the government authorities
Update and maintain statutory registers and records
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Corporate Secretarial
Filing of Annual Return
Work passes related matters, application of work passes and appeal, licensing requirements of various businesses
Notarization/Legalization/Authentication of documents with various Embassies
Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, MOM, IRAS and other statutory bodies as required
Perform KYC (Know Your Client) and Due Diligence checking for new & onboarding clients including liaison, executing and coordination with third parties (auditors, accountants, corporate secretarial form etc.)
