The Role:

Our client is a leading UK law firm with a strong presence in Greater China. They are now seeking a mid-to-senior level compliance and investigation lawyer to join the team. You will be advising corporate clients across various business sectors in China on compliance, investigations, and investment matters of their cross-border projects. The position is preferably based in Beijing but is open to be based in the firm’s Shanghai or Hong Kong offices.
 
 
Requirements
  • 3+ PQE ideally with Common Law Qualification (e.g. UK / US / HK / Australia)
  • Experience in Compliance / Investigations including, inter alias, data privacy, cybersecurity, AML
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Open to Relocation
