The Role:

Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a company secretary in their corporate administration team. You will be advising private company clients of the firm in a highly professional manner including:
  • Assisting in keeping company particulars including updating statutory records, registration, and regulatory fillings
  • Handling full spectrum of company secretarial for private companies and prepare company formation, share transfer and issue of shares document
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including compliance team, lawyers, and government departments
  • Maintain and update statutory records and filings


Requirements
  • HKCGI graduate or associate member
  • Relevant company secretary or corporate administration experience
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
