A biopharma company is hiring for an experienced technology head:

Key job responsibility
  • put forward suggestions on the planning of R & D projects, conduct project research and approval, and improves the company's project pipeline;
  • formulate the medium and long-term strategy and development plan of the company's new drug development;
  • Lead the internal R & D team and ensure the effective, orderly and timely completion of the project;
  • Select and manage the third-party CRO service provider.
Job requirements
  • Doctoral degree in cell biology, immunology, medicine or related majors;
  • Rich working experience in pharmaceutical R & D and team management;
  • familiar with relevant laws and regulations of preclinical research of new drug.
