Our client (mRNA Biopharma) is looking for a Business Excellence Director / Senior Director to support their CEO in providing an updated oversight of corporate project portfolio to support the senior management team to realize the critical business successes. As mini Chief of Staff to the senior management team, you will help in strategy and execution plan formulation, draft Corporate and Board communications, and assist all corporate business activities (e.g. fundraising activities, building corporate decks, periodic business review, KPI implementation & monitoring, etc.).

To be successful in this role, you will hold a doctorate degree in life sciences related disciplines or MBA, and proficient in portfolio & project management on pharmaceutical R&D. You will bring with you a sound knowledge in global biotechnology industry trend with a proven track record (>8 years) in relevant job capacity and excellence communication and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable.
