Position Summary: 

The Assistant / Deputy Director (PMO) for this role will supervise a team of finance, procurement and resource management staff to support Programme and Project management duties across Planning, Delivery and Operations as part of the Programme.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to support Programme and Project management duties across Planning, Delivery and Operations as part of the Programme.
  • Organise and advise the financial activities to ensure transparent, healthy and prudent use of allocated funds.
  • Oversees end-to-end IT procurement activities to ensure compliance with procurement rules.
  • Monitor activities and outputs to meet the goals of my client in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Manage manpower planning, assignment, utilisation, competency road-mapping and organisation development.
  • Manage secretariats for various programme forums for internal and external stakeholders.
 

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree;
  • Minimum 10 to 14 years of relevant prorgramme management (MUST) and project experiences with management of multiple project funds, contracts and across implementations of at least 5 multi-million dollar IT projects.
  • Your industry background – System Integrator would be a huge advantage
  • Self-motivated, driven, a good team leader and strong ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Government and/or Healthcare Industry is preferred; and
  • Active professional certifications in COBIT, Outsourced Vendor Management, Project Management or equivalent will be an advantage.
