Exciting oppitunity has come to join a large multinational corporation based in Sydney.

The team is expanding and an Accounts Payable role is now open for the right candidate to join a fast pace, ever evolving, accountable, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and credit notes for companies in the group
  • Manage daily, weekly payment runs
  • Send out remittance advice after payments are made
  • Manage the AP inbox for internal and external supplier queries for resolution
  • Process employee expense claims
  • Bank and supplier statement reconciliation
  • Supplier invoice analysis
  • Ad-hoc information requests from the wider Finance team
Knowledge and Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Accounting software
  • Customer service experience
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Degree or qualification in Accounting or Finance (desired, but not essential)
  • A desire to pursue and develop a career in finance
