We are working with a Wealth organisation to secure an experienced Network Growth Manager with strong Business Development and Wealth Network experience
 
Key Information:
  • Salary Package – can be negotiated with the client at this stage depending on experience
  • Package: Base + Super (12%) + STI (0-30%)
  • Location: Considering Australia Wide – Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide preferred
  • Hybrid: Team focus days are Monday, additional days are as suits as you’ll be on the road a lot
  • On the road benefits: Car allowance provided + airfares etc for interstate trips
 
The role:
This role has been described as one of the most important (and exciting) hires for 2022 & 2023. This role will see you join in a period of growth and change for this company as you help shape the future of their advice market. You will join as an individual contributor, however there is scope to grow a team around you!
 
This role will see you represent the business and develop opportunities to promote and attract high quality advice practices to the various solutions offered by the business. You’ll have support of Practice Managers and Practice Development Managers.
 
This will see you develop strategic and economic opportunities by actively engaging and recruiting high quality advice business by:
  • M&A - Connecting acquisition, merger and succession opportunities between business aligned and external practices
  • Dealer to Dealer: Attracting existing and potential self-licensed practices to join their professional advice services (incl. dealer to dealer)
  • Attracting external advice business to join the aligned Advice Licences
 
About You:
You will bring demonstrated experience in:
  • The full spectrum of Wealth services including Advice, Broker to Broker, Licensee
  • Your background could be from a traditional market, like working for another Licensee, Business development in a Self Licensed organisation, or someone who has run their own advisory service.
  • Strong Networks and Business Development Experience in this space
  • Passionate about creating meaningful change and developing a purposeful environment and business for all
  • Could be someone looking for a role as they look at retirement, where you are looking to step back from a big management role and deploy everything you know, or a young dealer who identifies as a hunter and has run their own advisory – we are open minded about the candidate!
