Join a multinational financial services group-  with focus to grow their bancassurance business. As nsurance Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing HNW and ILP products approvals and onboarding. You wlll work with internal stakeholders and partners to develop a distinct HNW customer prospositons and be readily involved with driving product awareness and positioning. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Product Management duties across customer and competitor market research; product propositions  and innovation.
  • Working internally with stakeholders to distinct and differentiate HNW product and service proposition.
  • Product approvals and onboarding, product governance activities.
  • Value-add to growth targets, product financial performance and revenue performance. 

Key Requirements
  • Good 8-10 years of relevant experience across insurance product development and/or product management 
  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work within tight deadlines, responsive and adjust business priorities accordingly.
  • Proven experience in HNW and/or ILP products will be highly desirable
  • Degree Holder
