We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer to help drive the digital quality outcomes by maintaining the automation testing program at the delivery team level.

Day-to-day activities will include supporting delivery planning, coaching other team members on test automation approaches as well as authoring and maintaining test scripts. Further, Automation Test Engineers work to evolve practices and tooling across the automation test discipline

Key responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership and lead the Test Automation initiative for the program.
  • Review and Analysis of Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
  • Author Automation Test Plans and Test Reports for the project
  • Authoring and scripting of Automated Test Cases
  • Providing functional capability by developing a new BDD Test Automation Frameworks in C# Specflow using Selenium Web Driver
  • Integrate Test Automation Framework with 3rd Party Reporting, Accessibility, Cross Browser – Cross Platform tools.
  • Create and implement Test Automation Framework for Rest API Testing in.NET and.NET Core using RestSharp
  • Configure Azure DevOps Pipelines for Test Automation
  • Configure Build Environments/Docker Containers on Azure Cloud.
  • Manage Automation Test Environments
  • Regularly track all quality assurance metrics and provide meaningful feedback to the project team.
So what skills do you need?
  • 6+ years’ experience in software testing, which may include software development
  • 4+ years’ experience in creating Test Automation Frameworks from the ground up (On C#)
  • Experience using various Test Automation Tools, e.g., Selenium, QTP, Rest API, etc.
  • Experience in multiple programming languages and testing techniques, e.g., C#, Java,
  • ISTQB foundation certification or equivalent
  • Experience in developing SQL scripts and undertaking database administration activities, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Azure, Git, etc.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Exposure to Agile influenced product development environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
