Manager – Technology, Data and Analytics

The newly created ‘Technology, Data and Analytics Manager’ role will be based at EBCs Asia Headquarters, Singapore, and is a pivotal role driving toward the vision of EBC to become, digitally centric, progressive a data-driven company.

We are looking out for game changers and disruptors - people who are obsessed with driving success, behavioural change and a company’s evolution of how it works.

EBC has been driving our IT and digital change agenda for a while now and this role is central to its progression. The key focus will be to develop best in technology infrastructure, data centric ways of working, analytics tools and wider IT platforms which drive our business performance in all ways whether marketing, employee working behaviours or our client services and products.

To help us achieve this vision, we’re looking for someone to be accountable for:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taking a lead role in EBCs internal technology and digital operating environment and helping create strong BAU as well as playing a key role in driving projects and change.
2. Evolving the Data and Analytics sub-function and defining key outputs with your key stakeholders (including Consulting leaders, Marketing & Communications, Talent Engagement Team and the broader MO Enablement team). These outputs may include:
   1. Design and implement scalable and robust software platforms or systems for ingesting and transforming datasets and visualizing the data insights through an interactive dashboard, using big data technologies.
   2. CRM and database vitality; supporting our consulting team in understanding how they can progress to generate performance improvement.
3. Research and experiment on new software, AI systems and latest digital tools in the market.
4. Represent EBC at Group level across both sister and parent company on Group level IT and Digital strategy.
5. Work with our wider ‘Middle Office Enablement Team’ to analyse the overall performance of key technologies and productivity drivers.

Personal Experience:

1. 4 - 8yrs prior experience in technology, IT, data analytics.
2. A degree in business, information systems or a related discipline.
3. Strong knowledge or interest in technology (RPA, AI tools).
4. Coding ability would be a huge advantage (SQL).
5. Understanding data / market insights where data insight and decision making is the norm
6. Good soft skills to allow you to deal with all levels of staff as well as across/intra-Group.
