As the Talent Data, Analytics and Insights Manager based in the Singapore Asia Headquarters, YOU will be excited about helping us build a data-driven company.

This is a greenfield role for someone who is obsessed with driving behaviour change using data. Your focus in will be to develop and execute analytics best practices; understand what is really going on and use it to answer the questions that have potential to drive business performance.

EBC has been driving our digital change agenda for a while now. We determinedly pursue our vision to be both 1) a high performing and very well regarded company of head hunters; but also 2) to support our staff and maintain that level of support via the use of cutting edge insights, technology, systems and IT infrastructure.

To help us achieve this vision, we’re looking for someone to be accountable for:  

  1. Setting up the data analytics and insights function including data best practices, defining key outputs with your key stakeholders – the consulting leadership team, marketing and communications lead, candidate success team and broader enablement team.

These outputs may include:

  • Design and implement scalable and robust software platforms or systems for ingesting and transforming datasets and visualizing the data insights through an interactive dashboard, using big data technologies
  • CRM and database vitality; supporting our consulting team in understanding how they can progress to generate performance improvement   
  • Determining performance insights for key technologies being used to drive efficiencies across our enablement functions
  • Research and experiment on new analytical methods and tools towards the deepening of capabilities required to lead and drive group level strategies
  1. Research and experiment on new analytical methods and tools towards the deepening of capabilities required to lead and drive group level strategies – you can present insights to less technical stakeholders in a format that makes them easy to understand and act on.
  2. Working with our wider Enablement Team to analyse the overall performance of key technologies and productivity drivers 
  • Your impact: This means that you’re actively contributing to achieving our mission of connecting people by helping our teams stay informed of the business context and make better decisions.

Personal Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5yrs prior experience in data analytics, reporting and insights generation for talent analytics
  • A degree in business, information systems or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge or interest in technology (RPA, AI tools)
  • Understanding data / market insights where data insight and decision making is the norm
  • Good soft skills to allow you to deal with all levels of staff as well as across/intra-Group.
