Are you a Senior Recruitment Consultant with either Principal level 360 or Practice | Team Lead experience looking for an opportunity which will see you influence the growth of a new office of an established (and reputable!!) Recruitment firm?

Our company, Ethos BeathChapman have a presence in Sydney (40+ people), Brisbane, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Netherlands, and the UK, and are now seeking to open an office in Melbourne. We are market leaders in a range of expertise, including IT and Project Services, Risk & Compliance, Accounting and Finance, and Audit.

This is a rare opportunity to get in at ground level, in a company who are highly regarded in the market already.

The Opportunity:
  • Market Map and Identify Recruitment Partner opportunities to start the sales process.
  • Engage with organisations to uncover their talent acquisition/recruitment opportunities
  • Manage the sales funnel process from identifying clients and their recruitment needs, right through to engagement and the signing of terms (with the support of the wider team)
  • Identify and respond to RFPs (with the support of the wider team)
  • No recruitment required - you will have a team to support the delivery
  • Ultimately, this role will see you utilise your strategic planning capability, drive and passion for success to develop and build out our recruitment client portfolio and reap the rewards of your efforts!

  • We have scope for you to join as Senior to Practice Lead level, and can grow your own team as and when appropriate.

  • As an early employee of the team, you will help us build out the culture of the team and have input into the growth of the team
  • You can leverage the established reputation of Ethos BeathChapman as a gateway to opening up new relationships + pick up warm relationships with clients we are already working with in Melbourne. We already are working with a number of large clients in Melbourne.

About you:
  • You will have proven 360 recruitment experience – everything from picking up or managing a new client (we will have a BD person to bring in new clients too) to the last day call looking after your candidates
  • You are driven! Able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • You enjoy being part of a team. We want to build our Melbourne team with good people – people who care about their work but also are there to enjoy themselves as part of the Ethos team.
