This role is part of an Enterprise Portfolio uplift to achieve aligned processes  for the annual enterprise project funding and allocation cycle. It works with  PMOs, Program teams and Finance teams within multiple divisions to review and map current and future state processes and workflows and documents the different governance checkpoints and timelines of the enterprise funding cycle.

Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in Business/Process or Enterprise Portfolio Analyst roles within large and complex organisations
  • Solid knowledge of IT Project financial management, forcasting, funding mechanism and allocation at an enterprise level
  • Experience working with Finance and IT PMO teams
  • Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business and process requirements and documentation across a complex portfolio of initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse and complex stakeholder groups
  • Solid experiene of Visio, BPMN and Microsoft technologies (Powerpoint)
  • Relevant tertiary degree or professional qualification
