Demand increases for those with product simplification and business process experience.  We have multiple opportunities across the banking for strong Senior Business Analysts or/and Process Analysts offering long term contract opportunities.
 
Bank regulation is a form of government regulation which subjects banks to certain requirements, restrictions and guidelines, designed to create market transparency between banking institutions and the individuals and corporations with whom they conduct business, among other things.

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts or Process Analysts who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to product teams that deliver banking products and services.  You will have the experience to address business focused customer and regulatory programs against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 
 
Ideally from a financial services background,  it’s highly desirable to have experience working on either loan origination projects, commercial lending, every day banking, product obligations, PDS or/and retail banking product experience in general.
 
Engagements are initial 6 month rolling contracts offering competitive market rates.
 
Experience required for this role include:
  • 5+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking with strong banking product exposure 
  • Diverse stakeholder management and engagement with risk, compliance and product teams
  • Root cause and gap analysis
  • Process mapping and modelling
