This position includes responsibilities in the following areas:
Lead rewards consulting projects as a project manager
Design relevant, competitive and creative compensation and benefit frameworks in alignment with clients’ rewards philosophy and business challenges
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of clients’ issues and develop recommendations for improvement of clients’ compensation and benefit policies and practices
Work independently and mentor analysts to deliver rewards consulting projects
Give advisory to clients across all rewards domains/topics
Harness point-of-view on new developments in total rewards and present point-of-view as an expert in conferences
Facilitate senior stakeholder presentations to present proposed solutions and strategies
Work with clients across a variety of industries and countries (consultants will be given the opportunities to lead consulting projects across ASEAN region)
Conceptualise and lead your very own “passion project” with the aim of developing new products or solutions to bring to market
Requirements:
Experienced in compensation, benefits, pay structure design for minimum 5-8 years in a consulting or in-house role
Experienced in stakeholder management
Passion in HR
Good at conducting and reviewing analysis using various tools & techniques commonly applied in the rewards domains
Experience in handling projects and initiatives related to Rewards
