Our client is looking for an enthusiastic recruitment coordinator to work with our HR and sales teams to attract top talent and hire new employees. The recruitment coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the end-to-end recruitment process as well as relevant employment legislation.

Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
Exerience with Linkedin Recruiter/ Seek Talent
2+ years’ experience proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working on a large/mid-sized (warm/cold) desk.
Proactively source key talent and grow a talent pool for potential new recruits.
Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
Act as the candidates’ point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the leadership team.
