Responsibilities
  • To design, develop, test and evaluate behavioural interventions to identify effective strategies and tactics to create and reinforce social and behavioral changes.
  • To lead, direct, empower and evaluate internal/external teams to co-develop, implement, analyse and evaluate behavioural interventions targeting selected population segments in various settings.
  • To empower internal project teams and partners to deploy effective preventive interventions and shape social norms in various settings as well as progressively spread and scale.
  • To initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control projects that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Attends events/meetings and contributes positively to the agenda as required by the Assistant Director/Senior Manager or by the Director of Living Well Office and consults with them as needed.
  • Conduct technical training; work as the architect and development lead to improve performance and extend functionality.
  • To empower project teams on appropriate data management and data collection methods.
  • To support the team in data analytics, and data enablers such as visualisation.
Requirements
  • Master Degree in Applied Sociology/Applied Positive Psychology, Child/Youth Psychology or Social Psychology from a recognized university
  • Experience in applied sociology/applied psychology in analysing psycho-social behaviours and/or design psycho-social changes.
  • Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams in an unstructured and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in education, health, poverty, families, population, gender, racial and ethnic related analysis will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with qualitative and quantitative methods in analysis and research.
  • Preferably have experience with developing process and/or performance dashboards using Microsoft or other technologies, analyzing, and visualizing data with Microsoft technologies such as Excel, Power Bl Power Query, Performance Point, and/or SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Has experience with analytic software such as SPSS or/and STATA, Nvivo and/or Tableau
  • Team player with a growth mindset, good interpersonal, communications and writing skills.
  • Meticulous in implementation.
  • Strong in analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong statistical and research skills.
  • Adaptive to continuous changes.
  • Able to function independently with minimum support resources.
