Excellent business acumen and communication skills at senior Executive level are key for success in this role. The Business PM is responsible to manage a large scale uplift of Shared/Corporate Services Excellence including Process Automation and optimisation.
This includes finalising the business case development, managing the vendor selection and procurement process and managing the delivery from the business side working closely with the Business Sponsor and a Project Director. Understanding of digital / agile delivery, SAP /Service Now  and process/systems integration is required as well as experience supporting commercial/contract negotiations.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of complex Business/IT projects in large scale environments -mix of large corporate and government organisation is ideal
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage relationships and communications at senior executive level
  • Previous experience in Shared Services - processes and workflow is required, any experience with process automation is highly regarded
  • Solid experience in managing business case approval and procurement activities including assisting in commercial discussions
  • SAP and Service Now exposure including integration into other systems etc
  • Strong experience and knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies and tools including agile/iterative delivery
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional qualifications
