The Senior Change Manager is part of a large organisational transformation program. The organsisation is  centralising all Corporate Service functions and the delivery of services with the aim to align and improve the service delivery and customer/employee experience .  The role manages the end to end change management of the service transition and transformation.The role requires Change and transformation management experience ideally as part of a large scale organisational resturcture and a good understanding of corporate services and their delivery.

Skills and Experience required:
  • Demonstrated experience in end to end organisational change management in large scale organisational restructure or business transformation programs
  • Previous experience and understanding in Corporate Shared Services and service improvement
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement across a diverse range of stakeholders up to senior executive
  • Proven experience across the change project life cycle
  • Strong analysis skills to identify and manage risks, measurements and benefit realisation
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience
