This large Australian financial organisation are currently building out there team and looking for a number of technical support engineers. They promote flexible working arrangements with flexible hours and work from home opportunities. They are looking for someone with 1-5 years experience in a support position and have a willingness to learn the unique internal systems and applications 

The role

As a Technical Support engineer, you will:
  • Provide technical support for external customers 
  • You will proactively ensure the management and resolution of customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Actively monitor and maintain customer connectivity for their critical systems
  • Provide software support for trading systems and other bespoke systems 

As a Technical support engineer, you will have: 
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar technical support or service desk role 
  • An understanding (or interesting in) of the Australian financial markets, share trading, or stocks 
  • Any experience with IT software support, either with an organisation or self/home study
