A reputable MNC company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR candidate who holds strong Talent Management, Change & Transformation, and Organization Development track record to join them. An individual contributor role who will work closely with all the senior stakeholders and be the main point of contact for all talent management strategies and program implementations.
Responsibilities of HR Senior Manager/Manager Talent Management & Organization Development (Human Resource)
Working closely to support and collaborate with the HR Leadership team and senior management to provide solutions where needed and to carry out strategic development plans for talent management and leadership development which are aligned to the needs of the company along with ensuring employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Competent in areas covering the planning and execution of talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent to meet the current and future needs of the company.
Be able to carry out reviews, organization design and framework changes in order to enhance the internal talent programmes.
Work closely with corporate communication team to provide timely and effective strategies and implementations for all HR internal communications, where needed, to provide information kits for HR programmes to clearly convey messages targeted across all internal stakeholders of the company.
Key person when it comes to organising talent review sessions with senior management to identify and manage top calibre employees to proceed with succession planning and/or mission-critical roles within the company.
Requirements of HR Senior Manager/Manager Talent Management & Organization Development (Human Resource)
University degree or equivalent, majoring in Human Resource, Talent Management/Organization Development will be a bonus
Holds min. 7+years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Design/Development, Organizational Change & Transformation, preferably in large companies
Experienced and strong in both verbal and written communication skills to be able to effectively deliver to all internal stakeholders, the desired program or strategy content/messages through various channels.
Possesses strong facilitation and internal consulting skills with the ability to be able to analyze talent or internal organization situations and be able to provide as well as execute effective solutions with Leadership teams.
