A reputable MNC company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR candidate specializing in the Benefits function to join their C&B team to lead and drive the entire benefits solutions within their multi-group business. Someone who is able to work closely with the senior stakeholders in order to improve and enhance their employee benefits programs and experience as well as finding the right solutions as and when needed across all business units.
 
Responsibilities of HR Benefits Manager
  • Sole contributor to lead and execute the implementation of competitive and cost effective benefits.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders in the regular review of all current benefit plans, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and relevant legislations in respective countries our business operate in as well as ability to provide solutions needed to improve on the plans.
  • Benchmark company benefits practices, policies and programs for external best practices and competitiveness.
  • Good relationship management with external vendors of benefits services and drive quality and supplier service.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefit plan design including schemes along with associated complexities of plan administration, country level regulatory requirements and benefits program taxability and associated payroll processes.
  • Must be able to own and drive Benefits projects where required.
  • Partner with the HRBPs across the different Business Units and HR Shared Services team to formulate a holistic employee benefit experience for new hires and existing employees.
  • Partner with the HRIS team to manage the benefit enrolment system
 
Requirements of HR Benefits Manager
  • Bachelor degree in a related discipline is preferred (Psychology, Human Resources, etc)
  • Holds 5+ years of proven track record for in-house experience in delivering regional benefits strategy, program development, design, and administration of benefit programs and building operational processes and procedures as well as global partnerships, driving program efficiency along with measuring and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to keep up to date and creative in looking for ways to tweak and optimize processes.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
