Our client is a well-funded startup with a global headquarter in Singapore.  An exciting opportunity exists for a senior marketing leader to champion and lead marketing across its Asia Pacific and Europe offices.

This is a leadership position where you would be responsible for leading a team of marketing experts across different markets and setting a marketing strategy that incorporates all aspects of marketing planning and communications, including managing the marketing budget, developing the right channel mix, digital channels, developing events sponsorships, creating marketing collateral and public relations.

We are looking for a marketing leader who enjoys leading and doing as well as having a passion for performance marketing and creating exceptional business value through engaging and innovative marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop holistic performance marketing programs for demand generation, lead acquisition, and lifecycle management. This includes partnering with local consumers and aligning marketing strategies with business plans, including cross-functional teams to land globally as well as regional-specific marketing programs
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute the optimal marketing plans, programs, and strategies to meet the business objectives of the region
  • Lead a team of marketers and agencies across multiple markets as appropriate
  • Proven ability to optimize marketing mix by analyzing the performance of campaigns and programs and aligning marketing budgets to the biggest impact activities
  • Serve as a thought leader across the business teams for the region

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing leadership role
  • Experience across both APAC and Europe markets with deep knowledge of the tech industry
  • Deep marketing experience, particularly digital and brand marketing experience
  • Experience in successfully leading large, geographically distributed teams and building high-performing teams characterized by a culture of inclusion and a growth mindset
  • Demonstrated ability in operational efficiency through automation of tools and processes
  • Proven experience communicating effectively, collaborating, and influencing strategically across cross-functional partners at all levels in a fast-paced, matrix organization
