Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze value chain for new products or promotions.
  • Business partnering with sales counterpart – with focus on Modern Trade Channel.to Evaluate & Recommendation for Customer P&L & Promotions.
  • Monthly financial closing for Modern Trade Channel Accruals & Reporting of Customers Monthly P&L.
  • Preparing insightful report and analysis to support management decision making, highlighting significant trends/issues, e.g. monitor performance against forecast.
  • Providing cross functional support to operations, commercial or sales directors, influencing behaviors and performance through insights and understanding of key drivers and trends.
  • Analyze sales/ margins - volume, price, mix vs. forecast - identifying issues & recommending actions.
  • Aid with modelling and scenario testing for new products and business opportunities.
  • Other Ad-hoc requirements to drive revenue maximization.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as finance business partner.
  • Analytical skills, track record of identifying issues and delivering solutions.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to translate numbers into a business story.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office would be preferred.
  • Experience with SAP/BI would be of added advantage
