Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Change Director.  The high profile position will sit within a top tier bank in Sydney across a high visibility portfolio of work.
With experience in developing and driving strategy via an expectational team of Change professionals,  the business-critical role is accountable for providing change management expertise in support of organisation-wide business transformation, process re- engineering and resulting system developments.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Management of the planning and execution of a high performing change team to ensure success completion and collaboration with key technology programs
  • Manage the overall budget for the program and ensure appropriate reporting of the program can track progress, status, dependencies, issues, risks and financials
Key Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a high performance team and achieving results across large complex projects
  • Experience and knowledge of driving and championing advanced change management principles and methodologies across a portfolio of complex transformation programs.
  • Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and or system implementations
  • Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile environments that are fast paced and can change rapidly
  • Experience with project governance and senior stakeholder (C++) management
  • Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders across a broad range of business functions including Senior Leadership Teams, Project and Strategy teams and Business representatives
