In this specialised and technical role, you will collaborate and knowledge share across the organisation and our client portfolios. Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, being persistent in delivering a world-class service and obsessed with mastering new technologies, tools and ideas are all attributes required for this role.

Required Experience and qualifications:

  • A degree in business, information systems or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable hunger and passion for IT, systems, and new technologies (RPA, AI tools, machine learning).
  • Approx. 1-3 years experience in business environment, ideally something around data, search, information synthesis, sales or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to understand and develop systems, process, continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge or interest in technology
  • Commercial awareness and thoughtful to understanding data and provide market insights where to help inform strategy and decision making.

  1. Heightened level of customer experience in our strategy execution, through your:
  • Successful execution on strategic methodologies, internal and external networks, social media, talent pipelines and internal Machine Learning and database systems to deliver high quality services in an accurate and efficient manner. 
  • Development, design and execution on efficient, technology-enabled sourcing processes.
  • Build and development key behaviours and working relationships with the front office.
  • Identification of continuous improvement opportunities.


  1. Development of more productive management and strategy concerning our candidate world, systems vitality and machine learning.
  • Build and drive to a healthy pipeline and candidate engagement strategy by interacting effectively throughout the initial stages of the sourcing process – your candidates know you and want to work with you. Likewise, you know exactly how you can contact your talent pool.
  • Mastery of technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and AI tools.
  • Delivery of exceptional customer care.
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of marketing, branding and other campaigns and initiatives such as newsletters, marketing campaigns and so on.


Throughout your work, you will also be obsessed with taking market and data insights to influence how we make decisions and stay on top of what’s happening. You’ll also know your craft and come with a level of confidence where you are not afraid to challenge thinking to yield better outcomes.  You would have built strong broader skills around project management, converting data to insightful analysis, how to drive commercial and productivity improvements.

You used your initiative and always had scale in mind when implementing anything. Sure, you hit a few hiccups along the way but overall you crushed it in your first two years!!
