The APAC Regional VP will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Japan and other decided regions in the APAC.
Managing and growing the sales team and the execution of the local APAC sales plan to ensure representatives are going to meet sales quotas.
This includes hiring, training, and managing performance to ensure company targets and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Sales & P&L of our sales team, including coaching & developing of the sales representatives. 
  • Better Customer Engagement. You will identify, implement, and improve got to market to improve sales revenue and acquiring new logos. 
  • Regularly meet with direct reports to review pipelines, assist with complex sales cycles, discuss health of their accounts, and provide guidance, as necessary.
  • Manage the activities and performance of direct reports to ensure execution of sales policies, practices, and procedures are followed.  
  • Ability to sustain customer satisfaction, including incident reporting and regular monitoring of sales forecast and quotas.  
  • Maintain clear and concise sales activity records and prepares required monthly sales reports within our CRM and presents and reports to senior management, as necessary. 
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the team and change initiatives, raising improvement suggestions and/or pain points to the senior leadership as needed. 

Minimum Requirements
  • Highly motivated senior sales leader and overachiever with 15 years’ sales experience in Japan and beyond.
  • 15+ years of proven sales management & P&L Management experience working for a foreign capital cyber security Vendor.
  • Over 3 years of experience managing business outside of Japan for other APAC regions would be a plus.
  • A true people manager with proven managerial experience of at least 10 years, including managing a remote sales team within a multicultural environment.  
  • Expertise in selling SaaS, subscription, and term license within an international public software vendor.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to ensure critical issues are handled in a timely fashion.
