A reputable MNC company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR candidate with proficiency in SuccessFactor modules to join their team. To work closely with the senior stakeholders in order to align with the people strategy, HR functional excellence to focus on Performance Management, Learning and Development and Succession Planning.
Responsibilities of Human Resource Successfactor Manager
  • Must be able to configure, support and design the SAP Successfactors to meet with key stakeholders’ requirements
  • Someone who is able to train and guide internal users and teams to cover best practices
  • Possesses an analytical mindset to be able to gather data within the company to identify areas of improvement or gaps to work on
  • Be able to come up with defined project plans (including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details) and implementation strategies
  • Holds capability to provide end user training and support
  • Be able to document and develop company’s user guide (best practice, processes, and standards)
  • Work with the relevant subject matter experts and project team in order to identify, define, collate, document and communicate requirements.
  • Must manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules.
  • Be able to design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization
Requirements of Human Resource Successfactor Manager
  • Has min. 5years of experience handling various Successfactors modules including Employee Central and other talent management modules
  • Proven track record of Hands-on design and configuration experience
  • Possesses a strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches
  • Holds good project management and delivery skills
  • Must be able to communicate well internally and externally
  • Stakeholder management skills and the ability to analyse and propose solutions to business requirements & issues
  • Be able to drive discussions with internal users to align on requirements and suggest design improvements
