I am currently recruiting for a Digital Bank which have just gotten their License approved from the MAS. They are building up their team now within the Customer Service Operations space.
You will be the pioneer in charge of building and managing a team of customer service associates, ensuring that the team meets/exceeds customer service standards and KPI measures. Strong management skills will be key as you will take charge of learning & development, performance management, schedule planning, improving processes and productivity. 
The incumbent should come with at least 6-10 years of customer service with strong supervisory or management experience. Highly customer-centric and excellent communication skills is required to perform for this role. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin language will be highly considered as you will be required to liaise with Chinese counterparts on a daily basis.
